My Story

I have been using dōTERRA essential oils and products since 2014, with a stronger focus on them since 2018. In 2018, I made a conscious effort to detoxify my lifestyle in order to improve my health and well-being. I discovered that toxic products and fragrances were contributing to my frequent headaches. I sought out more natural and holistic remedies to address health issues at their root cause, rather than simply treating symptoms.

With the help of dōTERRA oils and products, I found it simple to make healthier choices. I began by eliminating harsh cleaning products from my home, bidding farewell to candles and air fresheners, and replacing personal care items like soaps, shampoos, lotions, and makeup. I utilized essential oils to promote wellness and support my immune system, respiratory health, manage discomfort and any issues outside of the norm.  I discovered that essential oils can be beneficial in helping me to manage stress, anxiety, and improve my sleep quality.

I am delighted that you have come across my page. My mission is to assist you in detoxifying your life and home, as I did in 2018. I was unaware of the toxins present in my everyday surroundings, and I aim to make it effortless for you to make similar changes and discover natural and holistic solutions.
